Following the increasing interest in our products, we have decided to expand the business of UENO GOURMET in the UK. In January, we have founded JAPAN GOURMET (UK) Ltd in London. As a business partner we could win Elyse Li. Elyse is a food professional and sake sommelier. She is based in London and will provide the finest sake to our customers. One of our first customers in the UK is the spectacular new restaurant “The Magazine” in Hyde Park, next to the Serpentine Sackler Gallery. Chef of this fine restaurant is Oliver Lange "Ollysan".
