In early October along the Spree and the Rhine an extraordinary pleasure is awaiting the connaisseur: Kokuto shochu.

Manufacturers of this Japanese rare specialty from sugar cane and rice koij are presenting at the fair "Bar Convent" in Berlin. And they invite on the evening of October 7th at the Hotel Adlon for tasting their distillates in a pairing with the delicate meat of the famous Kagoshima Wagyu.

On October 9th, Dusseldorf is all about the Kokuto shochu.

In the evening, eight producers of Kokuto Shochu present their products in four restaurants in the city.
