Sommelier Benjamin Zimmerling
The dedicated sommelier has discovered sake as a world of itself and likes to use it to accompany fine meals. He has been working as a sommelier in the Simon Taxacher Restaurant (Gault & Millau 5 Hauben) since December 2019. Before that he was 2017 - 2019 sommelier at the FamiLux Resort Dachsteinkönig. Currently in preparation for Advanced Sommelier in the Court of MasterSommelier and Wine Academy.
