His current titles "Master of Wine" and till today, the only german "Sommelier World Champion" has been extended in 2015 when he was named "SAKE SAMURAI". He is presenting a selection of Premium Sake with the Kaiseki Menu of 1 star Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya.
