Sake-Pairing: Buttermilch-Salzzitronen Sorbet

Maria Rehermann is sommelier of the three-star restaurant Vendôme. Born in Dresden, she can look back on more than ten years of experience in international gastronomy. Most recently, she worked as a sommelier in London's famous HIDE restaurant and served as head sommelier at the Reinstoff restaurant in Berlin, where she first worked with sake. Previously, she was assistant sommelier in the restaurant First Floor at the Palace Hotel Berlin.
