Since 2016 Sebastian Russold is working for the 2* Guide Michelin awarded “Jacobs Restaurant” at the Hamburger Elbchaussee, where he introduces Premium Sake, as part of his tasting menu to his guests. He was awarded by Châine des Rôtisseurs as "Best young sommelier in Germany 2018".
