For 20 years he is dedicating his knowledge and experience in to Sake-Parings. His current titles "Master of Wine" and till today, the only german "Sommelier World Champion" has been extended in 2015 when he was named "SAKE SAMURAI". He is presenting a selection of Premium Sake with the Kaiseki Menu of 1 star Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya.
Many years engaged in international fine-dining restaurants, Falstaff's "Sommelier of the Year 2018" has been responsible for the first-class wine selection at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna since 2016 - especially for the "District Steakhouse". There, the native of Leipzig also finds ideal conditions for Sake Pairing.
Selected as the „Best wine list of Germany 2018” and awarded as “Sommelier of the year 2018” the native Frenchman has been involved in the 2 star restaurant "Le Pavillon" in the Hotel Dollenberg for eight years. His passion for wine, hospitality and other culinary products also reflected in his enthusiasm for our Premium-Sake.

The dedicated "Advanced Sommelier and Maître d´Hôtel bei Geigers Posthotel in Serfaus was awarded in 2014 as "Austria's best Sommelier", he also participated at the Sommeliers World Championship 2016. He putts a lot of effort in sharing his knowledge in Sake by organizing Sake-Seminars for his fellow sommeliers.
