Sommelière Theresa Schmidt

After her studying economics for international wine in Geisenheim, some of her carrer milestone are, „Ngatarawa Wines“ in New Zealand, The “Sampler” in London and Sommelière at Restaurant „Favorite“ in Mainz. Since 2016 Theresa Schmidt is been working as Sommelière at 1 star restaurant Bachofer in Waiblingen. Ever since she has become a big fan of Sake and she can’t imagine a food pairing without Sake.
