An extraordinary sake cocktail created by Bianca Pinter from the BIX Lounge in Stuttgart.
Orenji Fizz Recipe:
- TATSURIKI Shiso Red
- fresh lemon juice
- dark walnut bitters
- rhubarb bitters
- vanilla syrup
Shake everything together well together in a shaker, pour in sparkling wine and serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes and a lemon cest as garnish.
