As the summer comes to an end, we find ourselves craving the warmth and radiance of familiar fall flavors, both on our plates and in our glasses.
To satisfy our cravings, we will be presenting a beautiful selection of fall-inspired sake from UENO GOURMET’s portfolio alongside delicious seasonal culinary creations from the talented Chef Ayami Awazuhara.
The lovely Atsushi Shimizu will take care of service, and Eric Walsh of UENO GOURMET will provide expert sake commentary. Join us for a wonderful start to fall!
