The S.AK.E. Basic course offers a compact and practical introduction to sake – covering its classification, ingredients, brewing process, and sensory evaluation.
Participants will taste six distinctive sake styles alongside curated dishes to learn how to assess quality and recommend suitable pairings.
Target group: Perfect for beginners with little or no prior knowledge, as well as sommeliers, restaurant staff, and wine merchants looking to expand their beverage portfolio with premium sake and professional pairing skills.
Certificate: A short final test concludes the day, followed by a certificate of participation.
