Join us on the 10th of June for an introduction to the fascinating world of Sake paired with delicate sushi led by expert Eric Walsh from Ueno Gourmet. Guests will be guided through a tasting of three sakes; Ninki Sparkling - a fruity and charming aperitif, Snow Crystal - clear, elegant, and fresh and Kimoto Tradition - with umami flavour and fine acidity. This is an excellent opportunity to get more familiar with this traditional Japanese drink and includes some delicious dishes paired to each sake from the Sticks'n'Sushi kitchen finishing with dessert and a glass of Umeshu. The event will be moderated in German and English.
