This Tokubetsu Junmai Sake is brewed in the historic sake village of Nada with the famous "Miyamizu" water and Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo. It has a yellow-fruited aroma and is refreshing thanks to its distinctive acidity. It appears full-bodied and complex with a dry finish. At the same time, it shows clear umami. This makes it predestined for pairing with strong and umami-rich dishes such as ramen, stews or teriyaki. And, of course, it also goes very well with Kobe wagyu (although that goes without saying).
