Our Club Managers – Your Hosts
Our club tastings are hosted by Yoshiko Ueno-Müller and Jörg Müller, founders of UENO GOURMET and passionate sake ambassadors. They are supported by a team of sake-savvy sommeliers and regularly joined live by brewers from Japan – including: AMABUKI, DEWAZAKURA, DASSAI, SHO-KU, DARUMA MASAMUNE, TATSURIKI and many more.

Costs & How It Works:
Membership is flexible.
You’ll receive a carefully selected premium sake package every 3 months for just €95 (including shipping within Germany; +€10 shipping outside Germany). Each box is worth at least €110.
Shipments are sent around the 20th of the last month of each quarter.
The online tasting takes place on the first Thursday of the new quarter.
Optionally, you can also join the Japanese-language session the following Friday.
