Tatsuriki Dragon Blue
A Daiginjo of exceptional finesse, brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice from the renowned rice fields in Special A District, Hyogo Prefecture. To develop the finest aromas, specially distilled brewing alcohol from the rice pomace of Yamada Nishiki rice is added shortly after fermentation. After bottling, the sake is matured at -3 °C to develop its complex and creamy character. Fragrant notes of honeydew melon, aniseed, and ripe fruits combine on the palate with elegant acidity and a fine, tart, harmonious finish. Lovely with buttery dishes.
