Shipping & Payment

Delivery

For orders of all items we normally deliver within 5 days of your order except where indicated. However, if it is not possible to come to a mutually agreeable delivery arrangement within this timeframe delivery may take longer.

We may use an independent courier. The courier will attempt to deliver twice. Your order will be returned to our warehouse if they have not been collected from the courier 3 days after the second delivery attempt, and we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery in this event.

Minimum order value is £40.

Mainland UK delivery is free for orders with an order value above £150. For orders below £150 deliveries are charged at £7.95.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or destinations outside the UK.

Payment

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the optimal payment method for you. The payment options Credit card (Visa, Master), bank transfer and PayPal are handled by our payment service provider Novalnet, which is connected to you with no obligations or costs.

Pre-Payment

You transfer the amount to our account, we will ship the goods. Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account:

Invoice

From your second order you can pay on invoice. Please note that this is only possible, if you have no open balance with us.

PayPal

Pay as usual uncomplicated by Paypal.

Credit card

With us you can conveniently pay by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD).
