Honey or Simple Syrup
Cocktail Cherries

Imperial Ginger Fizz

Fresh, slightly spicy, tangy

Ingredients:

100 ml Shichiken Emperor Sake
50 ml Ginger Beer
10 ml fresh lime juice
1 tsp honey
3 thin cucumber slices
Ice cubes
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Preparation:

Lightly stir cucumber slices and honey in a glass Press down.
Add ice cubes, then pour in the sake and lime juice.
Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with basil.


Meiji Royal Spritz

Fruity, elegant, slightly tart

Ingredients:

100 ml Shichiken Emperor Sake
50 ml Cold Brew Rooibos Vanilla Tea
20 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
3 strawberries (crushed)
Soda water to top up
Ice cubes
Orange zest & strawberry for garnish


Preparation:

Lightly crush the strawberries in the glass.
Add ice cubes, then pour in the sake, rooibos tea, and orange juice.
Stir gently and top up with soda water.
Garnish with an orange zest and half a strawberry.


Hakushu Garden Highball

Fresh, herbal, refreshing

Ingredients:

100 ml Shichiken Emperor Sake
50 ml Ginger Beer
10 ml Lime Juice
3–4 Basil Leaves
3 Thin Cucumber Slices
Ice Cubes
Lime Zest for Decoration


Preparation:

Lightly press the basil leaves and cucumber slices into the glass.
Add ice cubes, then pour in the sake and lime juice.
Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime zest.
