Alcohol & drinks:

RIHAKU - Caro Pink(Rosé Sake)
Schweppes Wild Berry
Cold Brew green tea
Soda water

Fresh fruit & herbs:

Limes(min. 2 pieces)
Strawberries(min. 3 pieces)
Basil(1 bunch)
Mint(1 bunch)

Other ingredients:

Honey or sugar syrup

Pink Blossom Spritz

Fruity, floral, sparkling

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml Caro Pink
  • 50 ml Schweppes Wild Berry
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 3-4 basil leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberries or cocktail cherry for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Lightly crush the basil and place in a wine glass.
  2. Add ice cubes, then pour in Caro Pink and lime juice.
  3. Top up with Schweppes Wild Berry and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with strawberries or a cocktail cherry.

Matcha Rosé Highball

Elegant, slightly tart, refreshing

Ingredients:

  1. 100 ml Caro Pink
  2. 50 ml cold, lightly sweetened matcha tea
  3. 10 ml lime juice
  4. 1 tsp honey or sugar syrup
  5. Ice cubes
  6. Slice of lime & basil for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Stir matcha with lime juice and honey until everything has dissolved.
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and pour in the Caro Pink.
  3. Top up with the matcha mix and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lime and basil.

Green Tea Rosé Fizz

Refreshing, tangy, slightly bitter

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml Caro Pink
  • 50 ml Cold Brew green tea
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Soda water to top up
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint for decoration

 

Preparation:

  1. Pour all ingredients except soda water into a glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently, then top up with soda water.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.
