Due to the lower alcohol content of 13% by volume, the sake is served at 15°C in a white wine glass, so the temperature difference to the warm medium-rare crested steak is also somewhat smaller. The fine natural nutty aromas of the sake and the crested steak harmonise perfectly. The brie with its naturally mild nut & herb flavour also benefits from the sake flavour profile. Last but not least, the roasted red pepper rounds off the dish in terms of its rusty aromas, slight sweetness and typical flavour, which the sake rounds off very well in this context. Above all, the light, subtle tartness of the sake in combination with the brie and peppers. The fine umami of the "u.yoshidagura" sake rounds off the whole harmonious feeling when enjoyed together.
