The carrotsweet harmonizes with the fruit sweet extracts of the sake. Replaced by the sharpness of the ginger and the freshness of the sudes, the palate opens up to the floral herbs. The sweet sour pumpkin balls bring an interplay through which the sake unfolds fruit and fresh. The sake may well keep up with the chilli fruit sharpness of the pumpkin. The hot carrot pieces also have an exciting effect on the sake, which differs in temperature, reveals umami and more acidity. Due to the caviar and the miso, the sake appears more mineral. Due to the high alcohol content, the dish is exciting to the end, and coats the smoke and fat taste of the salmon, and reveals an enormous creaminess. The mango pieces extend the finish of the sake even more.
