The sake is a little more robust and particularly rich. Due to its slightly darker aroma, especially on the palate, it can be used very well with dishes with roasted aromas. The fact that we serve chanterelles and a hazelnut risotto with our roe deer is of course another plus point. This creates a wonderful harmony between sake and dish, because almost everything that can be found on the plate is reflected in the glass.
