At the first contact with the nose, this first-class sake shows what it is made of: full throttle fruit, rich creaminess and sweetness that is absolutely present. With its ama-kuchi (sweetness) and fruitiness, this sake brings a complement to the dessert, which impresses with its vegetal notes. Its rich creaminess actually supports the light dessert. To counteract the sweetness of the Junmai Ginjo, we have deliberately designed a dessert that has a low sugar content.
