The Urakasumi brewery is located in Shiogama, right next to the Pacific Ocean. The local speciality is fresh fish. This is to be taken up with the selected dish. It lives from the pleasant freshness of the vinaigrette, the delicately nutty taste of the kingfish, and the fine saltiness of the coastal vegetables. The fruity/elegant style of the sake underlines the wonderful freshness of the dish. The coastal herbs, in combination with the sake, create a fine spiciness and the selected n25 caviar a pleasant umami note on the tongue. On the palate, everything merges into a harmonious combination that animates and enriches each other. It is reminiscent of a fresh sea breeze on a balmy spring evening, supported by the visual impression of the delicate green tones.
