The fruity and fresh components of the Coleslaw go refreshingly with the light exoticism of this sake. The grilled pineapple soaked in Dassai 45 overnight brings a slight ´Exotic smokey´ touch to it. The cucumber sticks bring the whole thing nicely balanced and bring a cooling and refreshing factor to this dish, where dill & yoghurt harmonizes very well with the fruity malolactic notes of sake. Yuki Hie serves the sake in a white wine glass.
