Natural white wine from organic cultivation made from the authochthone koshu grape.This natural wine is bottled unfiltered after aging in french barrique barrels. It impresses with a delicate scent of rosewood and white blossom and shows fresh fruity aromas of bitter orange, yuzu and mikan. Completed by a light note of vanilla from the barrique barrels. A very good balance of natural fruity taste and sweet and bitterness. A wine with full umami and long lingering. Contains sulfites.

The winery was founded 1913 in Katsonuma, the place of the first vineyard in Japan. The founding family is engaged in natural wine growing and authochtone grapes like koshu.
