Natural white wine from organic cultivation made from the authochthone koshu grape.This natural wine is bottled unfiltered after aging in french barrique barrels. It impresses with a delicate scent of rosewood and white blossom and shows fresh fruity aromas of bitter orange, yuzu and mikan. Completed by a light note of vanilla from the barrique barrels. A very good balance of natural fruity taste and sweet and bitterness. A wine with full umami and long lingering. Contains sulfites.
