“Best young sommelier in Germany” (Châine des Rôtisseurs, 2018) Sebastian Russold has been working in the three-star restaurant Schwarzwaldstube, Baiersbronn, since 2019. Previously at the Hotel Louis C. Jakob in Hamburg. As head sommelier at Hamburg's Elbchaussee, he delighted his guests with sake in the drinks menu of the two-star Jacobs Restaurant.
