13 years of gastronomic experience in numerous restaurants and bars, IHK certified sommelier, WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. In 2018 opened her "Mon Bonheur", than took over the wine cellar in the Insel restaurant in Hanover. Member of Sommelier Union.
